Model G06 electric grease pump without connecting parts and pipes is a widely used electric grease lubrication pump. It can provide effective lubrication guarantee for lubrication points under different working conditions. The working principle is to drive the cam pair to rotate and to promote the reciprocating motion of the plunger pair through the motor to produce a quantitative lubricant. The electrical components of this series of pumps are sealed, which has the advantages of waterproof and dust-proof. The protection level can reach IP65.
This kind of pump can be equipped with 1 to 6 pump outlet units, which can be combined with distributor to form progressive lubrication system or directly supply oil to lubrication point. It has the advantages of compact structure, low failure rate and easy maintenance.
The motor adopts fully sealed structure, which has the advantages of waterproof and dust-proof, and the protection grade IP65.
Each outlet is equipped with a safety relief valve, which can effectively avoid the over-pressure operation of the lubrication pump system.
The nominal flow rate of each outlet is 1.8cc/min and 5cc/min is optional. The oil outlet can be equipped with shock-resistant pressure gauge, which is convenient for observing whether the lubrication system is working properly, for finding faults in time, and for ensuring that the lubrication point is lubricated normally and effectively.
Various voltage options are available: 24VDC, 220VAC/50Hz, 380VAC/50Hz. The pump with input voltage of 24 VDC can be equipped with a built-in programmable controller, which can freely set the running time and shutdown time of the pump.
