Compound water tank radiator is generally composed of water tank, intercooler, oil-cooled and so on. The compound water tank radiator specially designed by our company has the characteristics of good heat transfer performance, high reliability, small size, light weight and good seismic resistance. The water tank is an aluminium plate-fin type product. Compared with the traditional tubular or aluminium belt type water tank, it has the characteristics of high pressure, compact structure and high heat transfer coefficient. Special surface treatment technology can be used to ensure the durability of the product. It is widely used in power system cooling of construction machinery and diesel generator set.

The water-cooled cooler is composed of water inlet cap, tube sheet, tube tube, heat transfer tube, baffle plate, sealing washer and scaffold, as shown in Figure 1. The space enclosed by the outer surface of the heat transfer tube and the tube is called the shell side, and the space between the heat transfer tube and the tube is called the tube side. Shell-side fluid and process fluid exchange heat through heat transfer tube, so that the temperature of high-temperature fluid decreases to achieve the purpose of cooling.

BC series coolers adopt bare tube (without finned tube) heat transfer tube, which has high heat transfer coefficient of outer membrane and strong anti-pollution ability, and is suitable for the cooling of high viscosity and dirty fluids; FC series coolers adopt finned heat transfer tube, which has large heat transfer area, high efficiency, small product volume and is suitable for the cooling of general fluids; SL series coolers adopt finned heat transfer tube. The heat exchanger adopts spiral guide plate and finned heat transfer tube, which has the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, low pressure loss and small volume.
