AIR/0IL oil-gas lubrication system is a device that quantifies the quantity of lubricating oil under the action of clean compressed air through the mixture of oil-gas mixing valves to form gas-liquid two-phase flow, and continuously transfers oil-gas medium to friction pairs under the action of gas. The lubrication system generates a small amount of lubricating medium through the mixing valve quantitative device, which is continuously transported in the pipeline after being broken by gas. While transporting lubricating medium to the friction pair, a large number of heat sources are taken away by cooling compressed air, which plays a dual role of lubrication and cooling.
AIR/0IL oil-gas lubrication system is mainly applied to high-speed equipment such as high precision machine tools and spray lubrication requirements such as chain lubrication.
